Strickland accused of jumping in back of truck, banging on window and threatening woman • A well-known anti-drug crusader who was arrested for dealing methamphetamine earlier this month is facing more charges after being accused of threatening to kill a woman. Ricky Strickland, 45, was charged with simple assault by threat early Sunday morning after he jumped in the back of a 46-year-old woman’s pickup as she left his residence in the Rustin Community, according to the affidavit she filed with the Jones County Sheriff’s Department.
